Real Estate, Asset Management Analyst - Based in Miami

Job Title

Job Description

Completes research in all areas of real estate, including background research, corporate relationships and the valuation and recommendation of the property.

Prepares financial analysis/modeling of real estate portfolio level to review appraisals and valuations.

Conducts ROI analysis for potential acquisitions of new properties or expansion of current properties.

Communicates with investors regarding real estate portfolio performance.

Assists in investment and operational due diligence on private capital identified for inclusion on the firm's platform.

Keeps abreast of investment opportunities and successfully communicates information to the investment team.

Communicates frequently with construction management and commercial property development to discuss concerns pertaining to properties.

Maintains a pipeline of investment ideas that are in market or coming to market over a 12 month period.

Base Pay Range: $82,000/yr - $95,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
