- Manage the full due diligence process for acquisitions under contract, coordinating legal counsel, lenders, title, and third-party consultants.
- Lead physical property inspections and translate findings into risk-adjusted investment recommendations.
- Negotiate LOIs and PSAs, manage closing timelines, and oversee debt financing from lender outreach through loan close.
- Prepare investment committee presentations and post-closing transition plans for the asset management team.

- Mentor junior team members and support the development of best practices across the acquisitions platform.
- 8–12+ years of progressive experience in multifamily acquisitions, real estate private equity, or institutional investment management.
- Demonstrated track record of independently sourcing, underwriting, and closing multifamily transactions in Florida, Texas, and/or other Sunbelt markets.
- Proven experience with value-add and opportunistic multifamily strategies, including renovation programs, rent growth capture, and exit execution.
- Familiarity with agency debt (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac), bridge financing, and other common multifamily capital structures.
