Relationship Banker – English and Spanish

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs
• Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
• Conduct deep conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities
• Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals
• Execute the bank’s risk culture and pursue operational excellence
• Build client relationships to meet financial needs
• Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow business knowledge and network
• Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
• Drive the client experience
• Manage cash responsibilities

• High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
• English and Spanish language required
• Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours
• May be scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and focus on results
• Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships
• Ability to identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
• Effective and confident communication skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
• Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking self-service technologies
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations
• Efficient time and capacity management
• Desired: experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions
• Desired: one year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
• Desired: six months of cash handling experience
• Desired: bachelor’s degree or business-relevant associate’s degree

Demonstrates strong client relationship management and effective communication skills while educating clients on financial services and self-service technologies. Capable of identifying solutions to meet client needs and managing cash responsibilities efficiently.
