Job DescriptionBanco Sabadell is seeking a Portfolio Management to join a dynamic new team within one of the fastest growing banks in Florida.
Responsibilities- Analyze Borrowers waiver requests, prepare waiver memo and interacts the Agent Bank or Borrower for questions and with the credit team for approval
- Analyze Borrowers compliance certificates and financial reports
- Provide support to other teams to solve questions with respect to any loan of the portfolio
- Monitor the Structured Finance loans participating in follow ups calls with Borrowers and Agent Banks
- Assist with the CRE & Hospitality loan disbursement process (construction loans)
- Assist on the Budget review for bilateral loans and loans when bank acts as Agent
- Assist Manager on any specific request or project assigned to the Department
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the field of Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in related field.
- Bilingual - Ability to speak, write and read English and Spanish fluently.
- Loan structuring expertise
- Credit analysis skills. Strong accounting knowledge is beneficial
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organization and time management skills
