Rex is seeking an Associate, Investor Relations to own the onboarding and ongoing stewardship of our growing LP base. As capital formation accelerates across the platform, this hire is critical to ensuring every investor, from the moment capital is committed through years of partnership, experiences Rex with precision, consistency, and warmth. This role is anchored by three core mandates. First, own investor onboarding: once capital is committed, take full ownership of getting wires cleared and funding confirmed, coordinating subscription documents and e‑signature workflows, then guide new LPs through their first year, building a seamless, high‑touch introduction to the Rex platform and community.

Second, steward LP communications with precision: lead delivery of weekly insights, monthly updates, quarterly reports, live streams, and our annual investor summit with Peter Rex and senior leadership, maintaining institutional‑grade transparency and trust at every touchpoint. Third, build and scale investor community: leverage CRM and AI‑driven tools, including Claude, to keep communications warm and personal as the base grows, fostering a true Rexan community that drives reinvestment and deepens engagement over time.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, wealth management or family office client service, fund administration, or high‑touch client success in financial services, with a demonstrated ability to manage relationships and communications with precision and care. They are digitally native and AI‑fluent, comfortable using technology to scale high‑touch experiences without losing warmth or authenticity.

Program‑oriented and detail‑obsessed, they execute flawlessly under a recurring cadence of deliverables while translating complex financial and strategic information into clear, compelling narratives. Must be missionary to the bone, viewing investor trust as a calling, not a transaction, and deeply committed to catalyzing human flourishing through stewardship. Fully remote, with preference for Austin as home base.

This role exists to make Rex’s investor experience feel as institutional‑grade as its underwriting, from the first wire to the tenth year of partnership. You will own the full lifecycle of investor stewardship: onboarding, communications, and community, ensuring no LP ever wonders where their capital stands or what Rex is doing with it.
