Strategic Relationship Analyst – Investor Relations

A growing private investment platform focused on backing founder-led businesses across the lower middle market is looking to add an Analyst to its Investor Relations team.

This is a highly visible role at the center of the firm’s capital formation efforts, offering direct exposure to institutional investors and day-to-day interaction with senior leadership, including the CEO. The position is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career on the investor-facing side of private markets.

You will be involved across the full lifecycle of investor engagement, from supporting fundraising initiatives and due diligence processes to contributing to ongoing LP communications and reporting. The role offers broad exposure and the chance to play a meaningful part in how the firm presents itself to both existing and prospective investors.

• Supporting the preparation of investor materials, presentations, and communications
• Assisting with live fundraising processes and prospective investor interactions
• Contributing to investor reporting and ongoing LP engagement
• Helping coordinate due diligence processes and investor requests
• Working closely with senior leadership on strategic investor initiatives
