New Edge Associates seeks an experienced Loan Closing Specialist to coordinate and manage the entire closing process for commercial and real estate loans in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with lenders, attorneys, paralegals, title companies, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely closings.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in secured transactions and loan closings, knowledge of RESPA, and proficiency in Word and Excel. Laser Pro/Encompass experience is a plus.
