Are you an experienced Trust professional looking for your next opportunity in an international environment?
Amicorp Group is looking for a Trust Officer to join our Miami team! We’re seeking someone who enjoys working with international trust and corporate structures, building strong client relationships, and taking ownership of a diverse portfólio.
What will you be doing?As a Trust Officer, you will manage a portfolio of trusts and corporate entities and serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, trustees, intermediaries, and other stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day administration of trusts and corporate entities.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and intermediaries.
- Preparing and reviewing trust and corporate documentation, including trustee resolutions and deeds of amendment.
- Ensuring client files and structures remain accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Supporting clients with international trust and corporate structures and identifying practical solutions to complex matters.
- Ensuring compliance with KYC requirements and international regulatory frameworks, including CRS, FATCA, BEPS, GAAR, and ESR.
- Collaborating with our Compliance, Legal, and Corporate Services teams across Amicorp’s international network.
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and support portfolio growth.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- At least four years of experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, private client services, estate planning, or a similar corporate services environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or professional trust-related qualifications.
- A STEP qualification in Trust and Tax would be a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of trust administration and international regulatory requirements.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
