Our client, a highly respected Am200 law firm is seeking an associate for their Miami office.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of two years experience in Corporate Finance or Leasing. A background or experience in aircraft leasing and finance or heavy equipment leasing and finance is helpful but not required. This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy frequent and direct client contact representing domestic and foreign air carriers, leasing companies and lenders on such matters as aircraft acquisitions, sales, leasing and financings including export credit, capital markets and manufacturer supported financings.
Candidates requiring relocation are encouraged to apply and current membership in the Florida Bar is not initially required.
