Financial Examiner/Analyst II with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation's Division of Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes investigates complaints about alleged violations by condominium, cooperative, and timeshare associations. The role involves analyzing financial and non-financial complaints, reviewing evidence, conducting witness interviews, and preparing detailed investigative reports. This is an in-office position within the Bureau of Public Engagement working as part of a financial investigative team.
Keyqualifications:
- Two years of criminal investigative work
- Two years of researching and analyzing financial documents
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Ability to analyze financial documents and read, interpret, and apply statutes and administrative rules
- Ability to conduct fact-finding interviews, collect evidence, and write accurate investigative reports
- Preferred:
Former law enforcement experience and bilingual English/Spanish
