Lending Operations​/Encompas Administrator

Seeking an experienced lending operations professional for an AVP-level opportunity with a financial institution in Miami. This position will serve as the primary Encompass subject matter expertand power user, supporting both the Lending and Loan Operations teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Encompass, a strong understanding of loan processing and lending workflows, and the ability to utilize the platform at an advanced level.

• Serve as the primary Encompass subject matter expert and power user for Lending and Loan Operations.
• Provide hands-on system support, troubleshooting and guidance to loan officers, processors and operations personnel.
• Manage incoming loan leads and ensure opportunities are appropriately assigned to loan officers.
• Monitor loan pipelines and workflows to ensure applications are progressing efficiently through the lending process.
• Support loan processing activities and understand the complete loan lifecycle from application through closing and funding.
• Identify opportunities to improve Encompass workflows, processes and overall system utilization.
• Assist with system configuration, enhancements, testing and implementation of process changes.
• Develop and maintain reporting related to leads, pipeline activity, loan status and operational performance.
• Ensure accurate and consistent information is maintained within Encompass.

• 3+ years of experience in lending, loan processing, loan operations or a related banking environment.
• Advanced hands‑on Encompass experience required.
• Must be a true Encompass power user with a strong understanding of the platform’s functionality and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of loan processing and the end‑to‑end lending lifecycle.
• Experience managing loan pipelines, workflows and/or lead distribution.
• Ability to troubleshoot system and operational issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Experience training and supporting Encompass users preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across Lending, Operations and Credit teams.
