Deportation Officer

San Antonio, Texas. As a Deportation Officer (Comp Stds Officer), you will perform the following duties:
- Resolve complex problems requiring interpretation and application of immigration laws, regulations, policies and procedures;
- Conduct daily on-site monitoring of ICE used detention facilities to ensure compliance with ICE Detention Standards, policies and procedures;
- Collaborate with executive decision makers and assigned superiors in the formulation and development of the detention program objectives, policies, and procedures governing the execution of specific detention programs;
- Conduct reviews and inspections, provide leadership and guidance to fellow field officers to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, resolving problems requiring interpretation, and application of policy and complex phases of the law
- Collect and analyze operational and strategic enforcement intelligence that is used for national investigative systems.
