The Regulatory Consultant investigates and analyzes complaints against condominium, cooperative, and timeshare associations for violations of Florida Statutes and administrative rules. Located in the Division of Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes within the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, this in-office position involves conducting investigations, interviewing witnesses, gathering evidence, and preparing investigative reports.
Key qualifications:- One year of investigative experience
- One year of experience in researching and analyzing statutory issues
- Valid Florida Driver License
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Ability to read, interpret and apply statutes and administrative rules
- Ability to conduct thorough investigations and write accurate reports
