The Spa Manager directs the staff at one of our Flagship locations to the highest level of customer service, total customer experience, and operational excellence.

Our team is a collaboration of acclaimed holistic health professionals, influential specialists, and outstanding spa therapists that are selected from across the globe to create exclusive treatments to revive from the inside out. Our expert therapists provide signature massages to ensure members feel completely rejuvenated for future training.

- Hiring & Training of Spa Desk Staff
- Scheduling Desk Staff
- Coaching of staff
- Service revenue goals
- Retail revenue goals
- Event planning
- Direct client outreach
- Direct client in-reach
- Product inventory
- Customer Service experience
- Management experience and/or experience in Spa/Salon/Retail
- 1-2 years Spa Experience
- Massage Therapy and/or Esthetics licensure and/or experience is a bonus
