Excellent opportunity with an exciting and growing company to oversee at least 5 hair salons! We are looking for a results-oriented candidate with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Area Salon Leader overseeing our salons in Miami-Dade County. The Area Salon Leader will supervise the individual salon leaders and have responsibility for the hiring and training of salon leaders and stylists.

• Recruiting and training salon leaders and stylists.
• Beauty school visits/presentations.
• Ensuring excellent customer service levels across salons.
• Training new stylists.
• Ensuring operational efficiency in each salon.
• Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each salon.
• Ensuring that the salons are under their supervision adhere to company and industry regulations and standards.
• Ensuring that all salons meet safety and cleanliness standards.
• Managing the budget and ensuring that each salon operates within the budget.
• Addressing operational problems and human resources issues that arise.
• Liaising between individual salons and company headquarters.
• Making recommendations for improving performance to senior management.

• Must have 5+ years of experience working in salons with both male and female clientele.
• Must have 3+ years of salon leadership experience.
• Must be motivated to learn and grow salon teams.
• Must be able to attend weekly calls with company leadership and salon leaders.
• Must be comfortable with computers and be willing to troubleshoot when necessary.
• Must be able to work behind the chair consistently when needed.
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive to each salon location within Miami-Dade County (car allowance will be provided).
