Senior Aesthetician / Laser Technician – Lead & Grow with Us!

GLANZ Aesthetics, a high‑end medical aesthetic clinic located in Doral, FL, is seeking a motivated, energetic, and hard‑working Medical Aesthetician / Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, BOTOX, lasers, and educating patients about beauty and wellness.

• Perform daily duties of a Medical Aesthetician and Laser Specialist, including Diamond Glow, customized facials, microneedling, IPL, laser hair removal, dermaplaning, laser skin resurfacing, and more.
• Sell and upsell aesthetic, skincare, and medical spa services and products; consult with patients on skin care and recommend treatment plans.
• Assist medical providers, maintain a professional and clean work environment, and ensure all licenses and mandatory training are up to date.
• Manage online and phone appointments; register patients, collect necessary information, welcome patients upon arrival, check patients in/out.
• Provide educational materials and pre‑/post‑care instructions; take before and after photographs.
• Handle social media duties, including taking pictures, videos, and responding to messages.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and inventory of medical supplies and skincare products.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, keep rooms tidy, and ensure equipment standards are met.

• Licensed Aesthetician or Medical Esthetician in Florida (required).
• Licensed Electrologist / Laser Certified in Florida (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, or dermatology office.
• Strong sales experience and front‑desk/customer service background.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Live near Doral, FL or the Miami, FL area.

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proficiency with Diamond Glow, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, microneedling, and skin consultations.
• Experience with laser hair removal, IPL photo rejuvenation, and laser skin resurfacing.
• Front‑desk/customer service and social media knowledge.
• Strong ability to advise and consult on skin and skincare services.

• Phlebotomy.
• PMU waxing.
• Eyelash extensions.
• College degree.

Day shift, part‑time with flexible hours; 1‑2 Saturdays per month and occasional evenings for events.
