We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced facialist to join our luxury spa team in Aventura, FL. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare and a proven track record of delivering exceptional facial treatments in high-end luxury spa environments.

• Perform a variety of facial treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate skincare products and treatments.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized treatment room.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay current with the latest skincare trends, techniques, and products.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and personalized care.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a facialist in high-end luxury spas.
• Valid and current esthetician or facialist license as required by Florida state law.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work full-time hours and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences in a luxury spa setting.
