Mair is a beauty agency in Miami. We arrange specialists for private clients in South Beach and Miami Beach, and we place crews for brands, productions and press days. We're adding hair stylists now.

• You set your own rate above our floor, and that's what you're paid every time
• Our fee is charged to the client on top of your rate, so nothing comes out of what you earn
• Your tips are yours
• No joining fee, no exclusivity and no minimum
• The clients you already have stay yours

• You'll see the date, address, call time and rate before you say yes
• You can decline any job, and it costs you nothing
• On brand and production days, your name goes on the call sheet
• We add you to our roster once we've placed you

• An active Florida cosmetology license, which we check against state records
• A certificate of professional liability insurance
• A profile photo and images of your work
• Your own kit and a reliable way to get to Miami Beach

This is 1099 independent contractor work, not a salaried role, so it doesn't include employee benefits like health insurance, paid time off or retirement matching.
