Salary: $26-$32/hour

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis, working nights. As a valued member of our rehabilitation center, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments and procedures to patients with respiratory disorders, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and airway management
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and monitoring of patients' respiratory status to develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement respiratory care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
• Participate in respiratory therapy quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care and optimize clinical outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and progress
• Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers to promote respiratory health and disease management

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Current licensure or certification as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT)
• Ability to work on a part-time, night shift schedule
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
