The Health Services Administration is currently seeking a Temporary MHSA Accreditation Assistant-BBC to join their team of professionals.
Duties include:
- Assists the Graduate Program Director with all accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with standards as developed by the accrediting agency, as applicable.
- Assists with the typing & composing documents in Word and Excel information on accreditation standards as per the Chair and Program Director.
- Distributes student surveys and other assessments and helps with data collection and record-keeping.
- Assists the Chair and Program Director with the typing of the accreditation reports.
- Assists with scheduling related meetings, develops agendas, records and takes the minutes writing and documenting the next steps.
- Organizes and maintains accurate, up-to-date accreditation records and files.
- Organizes documents of accreditation related studies using a record-keeping system.
- Provides support with information-gathering processes and obtains required information for basic data analysis and assists the Chair and Graduate Program Director in the preparation of accreditation related reports.
- Revisions to ensure that all accreditation requirements are being submitted for review to the MHSA management team.
- Assists with research and data gathering.
- Under the direction of the Graduate Program Director, assists with documentation reviews.
High school diploma or GED and five (5) years of office or related experience providing administrative support, or coordinating functions of an office or department.
Desired Qualifications- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
