We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care. This position requires a strong commitment to patient well-being, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.

• Assist healthcare providers in delivering patient care by preparing examination rooms and ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
• Perform vital signs assessments, including measuring blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and respiratory rate.
• Support patients in understanding their treatment plans and provide education on medication administration, including inhalation techniques for respiratory therapies.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems to maintain up-to-date medical histories.

• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role
• Familiarity with electronic health records (eClinical
  
  Works) required
• Basic life support certification is required; additional certifications such as EKG and Phlebotomy
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in medical practice.
