Client Care Specialist 2A Client Care Specialist 2 (CCS‑2) is a hybrid role providing courteous, confidential, and professional support to members seeking HIV testing and prevention services, STI screenings, and treatment in our Wellness Clinics/Programs. The CCS‑2 embodies our commitment to excellence in patient care, patient retention, operational efficiency, and adaptability.
Responsibilities- Collect medical histories, manage tests/screenings, record vitals, and address health complaints.
- Facilitate patient registration, appointment management, and electronic chart creation.
- Document data in charts, including referrals and reports.
- Perform venipuncture and sample collection, including blood and other specimens for laboratory analysis.
- Valid phlebotomy license or medical assistant certificate.
- Proficiency in venipuncture and sample collection.
