Location: Miami, FL
Schedule: Full time, Monday – Friday, 3:00 – 11:30 pm

Responsibilities
  • Have working knowledge of all areas of pharmaceutical services including drug distribution systems, central operations and IV admixture.
  • Provide clinical support of the hospital pharmacy function in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Maintain adequate drug supplies at the pharmacy at all times.
  • Correctly inform and instruct patients on any drugs to be used after they are discharged.
  • Develop and participate in new employee training and education programs.
  • Participate in patient drug therapy monitoring.
  • Promote an environment of continuous quality improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Successful completion of all educational requirements as mandated for state licensure.
  • Current State licensure required.
  • BLS if required by State.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pharm D or BS Pharm plus an advanced degree or completion of a hospital pharmacy residency.
