Green Stone Rx is a Florida-based 503A sterile compounding pharmacy licensed in more than 35 states. Legit Scripts is certified and accredited by NABP. We manufacture high-demand peptide therapies—including GLP-1 receptor agonists (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide), BPC-157, and specialty formulations—serving telemedicine platforms, medical spas, functional medicine clinics, and physician groups nationwide.

Our infrastructure is built: cGMP-compliant manufacturing, integrated telehealth capabilities, multi-state compliance frameworks, and a growing product pipeline. What we need now is a sales leader who can convert that operational capacity into national market share.

The Role

This is a build-and-scale mandate, not a maintenance position. You will design, launch, and lead a national peptide-focused sales organization from the ground up. Your mandate is to create a repeatable, scalable revenue engine across four primary verticals: telemedicine platforms, medical spas, functional/integrative clinics, and physician group practices.

You will own the full sales lifecycle—from recruiting and training account executives, to establishing territory strategy, to managing pricing discipline and margin protection. You will report directly to the Managing Member and collaborate closely with the pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and marketing teams.

Core Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard high-performance B2B pharmaceutical sales representatives
  • Build a peptide-specific training curriculum covering product pharmacology, compounding regulations, clinic economics, and competitive positioning
  • Develop commission structures, KPI dashboards, and performance tracking systems
  • Identify and promote top performers into territory or vertical leadership roles
Revenue Generation & Account Management
  • Personally close anchor accounts during the initial build phase while simultaneously developing the team
  • Secure and grow contracts with telemedicine platforms, medical spas, functional clinics, and multi-provider physician groups
  • Drive volume across core product lines: GLP-1 receptor agonists, specialty peptides, and pipeline formulations
  • Manage pricing floors and enforce margin integrity across all accounts and verticals
  • Build enterprise-level relationships that generate predictable, recurring monthly revenue
Strategic Market Expansion
  • Map and prioritize high-growth peptide categories: metabolic/weight management, longevity, aesthetic, recovery, and sexual health
  • Develop vertical-specific go-to-market strategies with tailored messaging, pricing tiers, and account onboarding workflows
  • Plan and execute regional expansion campaigns aligned with Green Stone’s state licensing footprint
  • Collaborate with marketing on demand generation, sales collateral, and provider education content
Compliance & Operational Alignment
  • Ensure all sales communications comply with FDA regulations, state board of pharmacy requirements, and 503A compounding guidelines
  • Train and monitor reps on compliant messaging, off-label boundaries, and required dis‑claimers
  • Coordinate with pharmacy operations to align sales forecasts with production capacity and inventory planning
  • Maintain documentation standards for all account agreements, pricing commitments, and compliance certifications
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or compounding pharmacy sales experience
  • 2+ years managing or building a multi‑rep sales team with documented revenue results
  • Working knowledge of peptide therapeutics, GLP‑1 receptor agonists, and compounding pharmacy operations
  • Demonstrated understanding of 503A/503B regulatory frameworks and compliant sales practices
  • Strong financial acumen: margin analysis, cost‑per‑vial modeling, contribution margin management
  • Ability to travel as needed for account development, team training, and industry conferences
