We are hiring a Medical Billing Collections & Credentialing Administrative Assistant to support a healthcare billing and revenue cycle management operation. This role focuses on insurance follow-up, medical billing collections, provider credentialing, and administrative support
.
Ideal candidates have strong phone skills, basic computer proficiency, and interest in medical billing, credentialing, healthcare administration, or revenue cycle management
.
- Medical billing collections and insurance claims follow-up
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding unpaid or underpaid claims
- Assist with provider credentialing and re-credentialing with payers
- Track credentialing applications, approvals, and renewals
- Maintain accurate billing and credentialing documentation
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Communicate professionally with healthcare providers and clients
- Monday through Friday
- Daytime business hours
- In-office position
- Hourly pay: $15.00 – $16.00

- Experience or interest in medical billing, insurance collections, or healthcare administration
- Strong phone communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working with computers and office software
- Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups

- Fluent in English required
- Spanish bilingual skills preferred
