Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Special Procedures Technologist 2 located in Miami, FL. The Special Procedures Technologist will be responsible for preparing patients for diagnostic and interventional procedures, operating specialized radiographic equipment, and ensuring high-quality imaging results. Additional duties include maintaining patient records, following safety protocols, and collaborating with physicians to provide optimal patient care.
Qualifications- Proficiency in operating and maintaining radiographic and imaging equipment
- Experience in preparing patients for procedures and ensuring patient comfort
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to maintain accurate patient records
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Certification as a Radiologic Technologist, ARRT certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of an associate degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
