ABA Home Therapy is a rapidly growing ABA Therapy Provider seeking a dynamic, energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Miami, FL.
As a result of our continuous growth helping individuals on the Autism Spectrum, we have multiple opportunities for BCBA that have full control of their schedules and caseloads. We provide a fully remote role for all of BCBAs!!!

Responsibilities- Clinical Services:
Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral assessments and treatment programs, coordinate case management, provide parent training, supervise and train staff, and travel to clients’ homes. - Consultation Services:
Conduct functional behavior assessments, provide consultative services to parents, teachers, and other personnel, train staff, coordinate communication, organize and lead treatment team meetings. - Administrative:
Maintain effective documentation skills and complete all paperwork and phone contacts to caregivers, funding sources, outside agencies and schools regarding treatment plans, goals, and objectives. - Professional Conduct:
Establish effective clinical and ethical relationships with clients and families, maintain appropriate boundaries, and collaborate with staff, funding sources, community agencies, schools, medical practices and other providers.
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education / special education, or a related field.
- BCBA Certification required or waiting to take BACB examination.
- At least two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders.
- BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Experience in behavioral assessment and treatment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with children on the autism spectrum.
- Possess a Valid Driver’s license.
