DescriptionThe H Liaison will provide hospitality and concierge services, create an affinity for the organization and generate philanthropic referrals while extending goodwill to guests who have a strategic relationship with Baptist Health. The Liaison builds bridges and creates an affinity for the organization through conversation and interaction with guest/family. Provides personalized concierge service, assists guests/family with navigating our healthcare system while creating and identifying new opportunities to build and strengthen guest engagement, as well as, brand loyalty.
Is knowledgeable about the projects and philanthropic needs across Baptist Health. Embraces the Margin of Excellence while identifying opportunities to leverage the grateful patient experience for increased philanthropy. Is comfortable working with staff at all levels, including all levels of leadership and can comfortably move between hospital departments and divisions seamlessly. Estimated pay range for this position is $20.02 - $24.22 / hour depending on experience.
Degrees:
- High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- Public Relations background or Patient/Guest relations experience in a hospital setting.
- Medical terminology and extensive knowledge of hospital setting and culture desired.
- Self-starter who works independently using good judgment with the ability to problem solve, troubleshoot and resolve issues while maintaining a supportive environment for the guest/family and the healthcare team.
- Superb administrative, organizational and computer skills.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish with proven written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts on evenings, nights, weekends, holidays and remotely as requested.
