Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA) is seeking a skilled Art & Creative Media Facilitator to lead structured therapeutic groups for adolescents (ages 13–17) in our PHP and IOP programs.

This role is ideal for a creative clinician or expressive arts professional who uses art, music, movement, writing, mixed media, or other creative modalities to support emotional expression, coping skills, identity development, and peer connection in a structured treatment setting.

Creative groups at AWA are clinically aligned, trauma-informed, and designed to help teens process emotions in a safe and supportive environment.

• Facilitate structured creative/expressive groups within PHP and IOP
• Design age-appropriate, treatment-aligned activities
• Maintain emotional safety, boundaries, and group structure
• Manage group dynamics with confidence and professionalism
• Collaborate with clinical and program teams
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time

Required:

• Experience facilitating groups in a behavioral health or structured setting
• Experience working with adolescents
• Ability to work in-person in Kendall

Preferred (not required):

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Art Therapy, Expressive Arts, or related field
• Background in art therapy or creative clinical interventions
• Trauma-informed experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
