Full-Time | Mixed Shifts (Rotating Weekends)
Pay Range: $30.34 to $41.50/hour (based on experience)

Join a high-acuity team at a 417-bed acute care facility in Miami, providing comprehensive respiratory care across trauma, burn, surgical, and critical care services.

- Perform and document patient assessments, including breath sounds, airway patency, and cuff pressures
. - Conduct diagnostic procedures to evaluate respiratory status and therapy effectiveness.
- Administer respiratory care therapies, including oxygen delivery, aerosol medications, and chest physiotherapy
. - Assist with placement of artificial airways and manage mechanical ventilation
. - Monitor patients for therapeutic response and intervene as appropriate.
- Transport ventilator-dependent patients safely within the facility.
- Respond to emergent situations to maintain airway integrity and adequate ventilation

- Required:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT/RCP) credential
- Associate degree or vocational school completion in respiratory therapy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- Minimum 1+ year acute care experience preferred
- Preferred:
- Experience in trauma, burn, surgical, or critical care settings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
- Strong patient assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Competitive hourly pay: $30.34-$41.50 based on experience
