Community Medical Group is seeking a Director of Operations to lead and scale operations across our Pediatric and Adult centers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our centers operate efficiently, compliantly, and with a strong clinical foundation. The Director of Operations partners closely with executive leadership and operational teams to support growth, quality, and patient experience across the organization.

- Bachelor’s degree in Health Business Administration or equivalent experience (Master’s preferred)
- At least 8 years of management experience in a clinical setting
- Proven leadership experience managing Pediatric outpatient healthcare centers is required.
- Experience with Pediatric/Adult centers and value based care models is strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership in multi site healthcare operations
