As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you’ll be part of a team that values work-life balance, personal and professional growth, and delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient clinic setting. Health care experience is not required.

• Associate’s degree required;
  Bachelor’s degree in a related area strongly preferred.
• Minimum one year of management experience (healthcare, business, military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) as needed.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
• Current CPR certification, or must obtain within 60 days of hire or position change.
• Other qualifications may be considered at the discretion of the Regional Operations Director or Divisional Vice President.
• Collaboration is essential; work daily with clinical and financial teams to produce results aligned with business needs.
• Intermediate computer skills – proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
