• Average total compensation of $88,000 includes base salary, commission, and tips for 30 service hours per week.
• Base rate of $20 to $25 per 50‑minute Swedish massage.
• Uncapped commission structure of $5 to $9 per 50‑minute massage.
• Tips average 18% to 25% of the non‑member price. Credit card tips come directly to you via our partner, Tippy. The average tip on our base service is $20‑$30 and increases with upgrades.
