The pharmacy director responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Strategic planning, designing, managing, and improving the medication‑use system
• Ensuring quality outcomes through performance‑improvement activities
• Leading drug‑utilization efforts
• Optimizing use of information systems and technology
• Managing the pharmaceutical supply chain
• Overseeing pharmacy department financial operations
• Managing human resources
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
• Fulfilling the organization’s research and educational missions
• Providing institutional representation and leadership

Estimated salary range for this position is $ - $ / year depending on experience.

• 7 plus years of experience
• Bachelor's degree, Florida‑valid Pharmacist and Consultant License required
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and residency training preferred
• Advanced degree (Master's level) preferred
• Previous managerial experience in institutional pharmacy setting required
