• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy to help patients regain independence and productivity.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence.
• Collaborate with peers and facilitate referrals for additional patient needs.
• Adapt therapeutic programs to meet varied patient settings and requirements.
• Work under the direction of the Director of Rehab, maintaining professional standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited occupational therapy program (ACOTE).
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice.
