Seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to provide therapy services at Seasons Gardens, Near The Hammocks, FL 33196. You will deliver evaluations and treatments in an assisted living community and have the flexibility to create your own schedule.
$100 per evaluation and $70 per unit. Treatment requires availability. Hospice visit rates are $120 per evaluation and $20 per unit, capped at 4 units.
Job Type: PRN
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in an assisted living community
- Communicate with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- New graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists also encouraged
- Actively licensed as an OT in the VA
