• Starting Salary: $36,117.90 / $17.36/hr.
• Pay Grade Z-153
• Non-Exempt

Applicable.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in modern office practices and procedures, including operation of computers, phones, calculators, and other standard office equipment.
• Knowledge of utility billing procedures and utility collections preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow oral/written instruction and establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the public.

• Responsible for the accurate processing of final and cycle bills.
• Reviews meter readings and utility bills to identify and remedy anomalies.
• Ensures that bills are transmitted monthly.
• Processes final work orders and prepares final bills.
• Processes requests for the initial start, cancellation, and/or change of service.
• Assists with customer phone calls, complaints, and leak adjustments.
• Completes other related duties as assigned.

Background check, credit check, and physical exam completed before employment. Possession and maintenance of a Florida driver license is also required before employment.
