PT - Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive care in the Rehab Department, serving both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation needs. The therapist will be deeply involved in evaluations, follow-up treatments, and specialized therapy interventions.

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
• Implement follow-up treatments, including vestibular and lymphedema therapies
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
• Utilize Meditech and Net Health documentation systems for patient records

• Current Physical Therapist license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Experience in rehabilitation settings preferred, with a focus on team dynamics
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
