Pay: $16 - $20 per hour (based on experience)
Miami Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team in the Aventura area. We provide high-quality in‑home care services to seniors, helping them live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
This is a part‑time position with a flexible schedule – ideal for caregivers who are patient, people‑oriented, and committed to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)
- Meal preparation
- Run errands or accompany clients to appointments
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Document services provided and report changes in condition
- Valid Florida CNA or HHA certification
- Current physical exam and TB test
- CPR certification preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
