The University of Florida Diabetes Institute is seeking Diabetes Peer Coaches to support medically underserved communities across Florida. These part-time and full-time roles are funded under the ECHO Diabetes initiative and available across several counties, including Miami-Dade.
You will work with adults with T1D and T2D in primary care and community settings, linking patients to resources and peers, and participating in weekly ECHO sessions.
