- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB (required)
- Fluent English (required)
- Active Florida Medicaid Provider enrollment (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Ability to pass all required background screening requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in a BCBA coursework sequence.
- Demonstrated interest in building a long-term career in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously develop clinical skills.
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and/or center settings.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect accurate behavioral data and complete clinical documentation within required time frames.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain professionalism while providing high-quality, ethical services.
