Advent Health in Florida is seeking a Clinical Documentation Specialist to review medical records for SOI, ROM, PSI and HCCs, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The incumbent will input data into CDI software and present opportunities for improvement to clinicians.
Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of acute care nursing and 3+ years in CDI, with RN/PA/APRN/CCDS credentials. Strong communication and collaboration with HIM are essential.
