To provide technical expertise to the physician performing the procedure. Assist the RN with direct patient care, providing exercise testing/pharmacological testing. Obtains patients history, prepares appropriate paperwork for test ordered, preps patients for appropriate test. Ability to operate job related hospital computer systems. Strong knowledge of ECG patterns and cardiac arrhythmias. Estimated pay range for this position is $18.32 - $23.82 / hour depending on experience.
Degrees:
High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper. Licenses &
Certifications:
Basic Life Support. CCI Certified Cardiographic Technician.
Additional Qualifications:
Certified EKG Technician from CCI, NHA or equivalent verifiable certification and/or registry. CET-NHA EKG Technician Must be obtained within 1 year of hire. Minimum
Required Experience:
Less than 1 year, CCI Certification
