Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the overall operations of our skilled nursing facility. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment for staff.
The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish and possess strong leadership and communication skills to effectively support our diverse resident and employee population.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and oversee all day-to-day facility operations, ensuring excellence in resident care and services
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities
- Develop and manage the facility’s annual budget, monitoring financial performance and making adjustments as needed
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to maintain a strong and capable workforce
- Evaluate staff performance and ensure timely completion of performance reviews
- Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of required documentation and reporting
- Oversee all aspects of survey readiness, including preparation, execution, and follow-up on plans of correction
- Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a long-term care leadership role
- Proven track record of successful facility operations and regulatory compliance
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care
- Salary up to $180,000 annually (based on experience)
