Replenishes automated drug distribution machines following a standard procedure established by policy;
Prepares sterile products (add-a-vials, syringes, IV Admixtures, chemotherapy, large volume parenteral) following standard procedures;
Inputs information into the Hospital's inpatient pharmacy clinical information management system;
Orders and receives medication inventory; rotates stock and checks expiration dates routinely;
Performs extemporaneously compounding and prepackaging under policy and supervision of a licensed pharmacist
