Job Description:
SW Social Worker - 8H Days 8am 4:30pm. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a level I Trauma facility. Must have prior travel experience in a level 1 trauma facility. Must have EMR:
Cerner experience. Must have FL or Compact license on file at time of submission. They will need to have a bachelors degree. Candidates should have experience working in an acute care hospital with extensive experience with discharge planning, Cerner, Care Port, able to complete psychosocial assessments, have knowledge on advanced directives and social determinants of health. Must have exceptional customer service skills and be able to perform in a fast paced environment.
