Position SummaryThe Director of Nursing (DON) oversees the clinical operations of Home Healthy, ensuring high-quality, compliant care delivery in alignment with CMS, AHCA, and HIPAA regulations. This part-time role is ideal for an experienced RN leader passionate about home health, with a focus on staff supervision, quality improvement, and leveraging technology to drive patient outcomes. The DON will collaborate with referral sources (e.g., hospitals, physicians) to support seamless care transitions and agency growth.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership- Oversee delivery of skilled nursing, therapy, and aide services, ensuring adherence to care plans and medical necessity standards.
- Supervise clinical staff (RNs, LPNs, aides), including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
