About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist (PRN) to join our dynamic team. As a PRN, you will provide physical therapy services to our patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans to help our patients achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of physical therapy needs, including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
- Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure seamless care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
- Participate in patient care conferences and contributes to the development of the patient's treatment plan
- Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 0 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
- Work in a family-like environment with a warm and professional atmosphere
