Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized rehabilitative programs for patients.
• Focus on improving mobility, relieving pain, increasing strength, and correcting disabling conditions caused by illness or injury.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Reliable transportation—this position requires travel to patients' homes throughout Miami-Dade County.
