Therapist – Physical Therapist

$1640.16/week –

Job Summary:

Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting, focusing on rehabilitation and functional improvement. Ensure comprehensive care through assessment, treatment planning, and execution of therapy interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapy sessions utilizing equipment such as treadmills, RT300, car simulators, and Bions systems.
• Document patient progress and treatment details accurately in Meditech system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during patient care conferences.
• Adhere to facility standards, including dress code and safety procedures.
• Participate in rotating weekend call schedule as required.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid PT license in Florida.
• Possess current BLS certification.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Experience working in an IRF or SNF environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting and adapt quickly.
